Conditions of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we guarantee you the right of cancellation under the following conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
No later than 60 days before the date of arrival, the booking can be cancelled without payment of a penalty. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation by the customer between 60 days from the day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the customer is liable to pay a cancellation fee:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price.
Cancellation up to 30 days till 15 days before the day of arrival: 75 % of the agreed total price.
In the event of a guest's non-arrival (‘no show’) or early departure, the guest is liable for the full amount of the booking.
